1, What is your sampling time and the production time?

Sampling time: Usually for the other parts, it will need about 5-10 days, but we have all kinds of coffee tampers in our sample stock, so if you ask us to send you a espresso tamper, we can supply you immediatly!
Production time: 10-35 days (depend on your final quantity)

2, What is the minumum quantity of per one order?
Answer:
We can meet your quantity for each item if we have this item in our stock. Of course the price depend on the quantity, large quantity can get a more competitive price.

3, What is the payment terms of the order?
Answer:
It depends on.

4, How long is the delivery time?
Answer:
Shipping time by air usually only need about 3-6days, if you choose by vessel, that will according to the different destination port.

5, Whether I can order in a color or shape of coffee tamper that is not listed on your website?
Answer:
of course, the website we listed just a sample of our volume-produced products, if you have your own design just tell us, customized designs are welcomed.

For example, we supply our volume-produced espresso tamper, but we can also design and produce them as your drawings or samples!
